When at a certain time non-causative-action mind-consciousness-element, which is neither meritorious nor demeritorious, nor is the resultant (of either meritorious or demeritorious deeds) arises, accompanied by pleasure-object, a smell-object, a taste-object, a tangible-object, or a mind-object
