574. What are the dhamma which are neither meritorious nor demeritorious?
When at a certain time non-causative-action mind-consciousness-element, which is neither meritorious not demeritorious, nor is the resultant (of either meritorious or demeritorious deeds) arises, accompanied by equanimity, and having as its object any sense object such as a visible-object, a sound-object, a smell-object, a taste-object, a tangible-object, or a mind object,
- then at that time there arises:

one-pointedness of mind (cittass'ekaggata)
